PASSING THE TORCH: From Legacy Builders to NextGen LeadersThe NEXTGEN Committee's aim for the 6th Conference is to curate experiences from visionary leaders, culminating in a leadership handover to the next generation of leaders. The journey from one generation’s legacy to the next is more than a ceremonial transition—it’s a strategic imperative for long-term growth. The Conference shines a light on the experiences of pioneering founders and the rising leaders set to shape the future. The Conference aims to address the current challenges, hear opposing points of view to inform the best direction to take, and gain insight into what the future may look like, with futurists explaining why the world may evolve in specific ways --- what will it look like in 75 years, a question we ask as we celebrate MAP's 75th Anniversary.
We aim to attract both pioneering and emerging corporate leaders, legacy business owners, and aspiring young leaders. This Conference will provide a platform to share best practices in succession planning, leadership development, and digital adaptation.
