Together, we will focus on nourishing the body, calming the nervous system, and restoring balance from the inside out. Through immersive workshops, inspiring presentations, embodied practices, and meaningful connection, you’ll be supported in softening, integrating, and remembering your inner strength. When our roots are supported, our branches can reach effortlessly toward clarity, resilience, and renewal.
I am so excited to offer an incredible lineup of presenters, practitioners, workshops, a free clothing swap, a 70's/80's themed dance, nourishing food and connection with like-minded women.
