PROPS is a local forum that brings together DMV Certified Peer Specialists and Peer Recovery Coaches, healthcare leaders, and clinicians working on the frontline to provide medical, behavioral, peer support, and care coordination services to address the opioid epidemic. We will recognize District change agents and stakeholders who have partnered with our program and celebrate resiliency in recovery.
• Meet, network, and engage with other peer support specialists to enhance community efforts
• Participate in sharing ideas, resources, and support within the DMV community during our community organization fair
• Discuss new and upcoming changes, challenges, and successes at the national, state, and regional/local level
