The rules are simple -
1. Between September 1st and September 30th stop by the Rommel H-D dealership in either Salisbury, MD or Smyrna, DE and pick up your official Rommel Passport
2. Visit each of the FOUR Passport Stops and get your Passport checked off with our unique stamp at each location.
3. Turn in your completed Passport at either DEALERSHIP location and you're entered! (Winner announced on October 3, 2025)
