Again this year we are competing in Ribs and Chicken wings. Entry fee is $125.00 and this contest is ribs and chicken.
Payout is for 1st , 2nd and 3rd in each category and is based on turnout. 60/40 payout. 60% Ribs, 40% Chicken. Please enter no later than January 24th, 2025. Any kind of cooker is welcome with no electrical access, QUIET GENERATORS ONLY!!
Garnish is optional.
Ribs and chicken wings must be “NAKED” upon arrival. They can be trimmed but no seasoning or brine in anyway , prior to meat inspection .
Only spare or baby back pork ribs and chicken wings flats and/or drummies are allowed. KCBS rules will apply in all aspects of your cook. You must turn in at least 6 individual ribs. Each turn in rib must contain 1 bone .
Limited space will be provided, 12x12 area. NO TRAILERS PLEASE!!
