Welcome to the 6th Annual Oak Island Witches Ride!
This community event is a fun Halloween inspired event to promote fellowship among locals and visitors, while promoting our local restaurants and providing donations to nonprofits of Oak Island. This year’s ride will benefit both Sea Biscuit Wildlife Shelter and Oak Island Sea Turtle Protection Program! A suggested minimum donation of $10/participant to one or both nonprofits is recommended.

There is no registration for this event, just select “Going” on the event page. With well over 1500 participants, there is no start or stop for this adult only event. Just visit as many venues as you would like and support our businesses with food and drinks and our nonprofits with a donation.

Witches Watering Holes: The Seahorse at Ocean Crest Pier, Duffers Pub & Grille (Oak Island Golf Club), The Elks Club, Solar Brewing, The Grape & Ale, Koko Cabana, Tipsy Tuna, Lonerider, Rusty Hooks Dockside Grill (for our South Harbor Village neighbors).
Witches and warlocks can ride bikes, LSVs, shuttles, the official Southport Trolley, Paradise Shuttle or brooms! I don’t care how you ride, just ride sober and smart!
This is an adult event, please no dogs unless they are a certified service animal. 🦮
