This Labor Day, we're coming together for one of CrossFit's Hero Workouts: "White," performed in memory of U.S. Army First Lieutenant Ashley White-Stumpf, who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2011 while serving with the Cultural Support Team.
This isn't just another workout.
It's an opportunity to pause, reflect, and honor those who gave everything in service to our country.
Hero WOD "White"
5 Rounds For Time
3 Rope Climbs (15 ft)
10 Toes-to-Bar
21 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/35 lb plate)
400m Run
Every movement can be scaled.
Whether it's your first Hero WOD or your fiftieth, our coaches will help you find the right version so everyone can participate.
🇺🇸 One class only: 9:00 AM
Bring your family, wear red, white, and blue if you'd like, and join us as we honor those who have served through hard work, community, and remembrance.
