What is Dunamis Drive? KidZone is sponsoring a family fun event similar to the traditional Pinewood Derby or Awana Grand Prix. We will be judging on speed and style. Everyone (including parents!) is invited to be a part of Dunamis Drive, ages 2 to 102. Cars are available for pick-up! Choose between Stock Kit (Block) & Precut Kit. Cost: $5
Note: Craft stores (i.e. Hobby Lobby/Michael’s) may also contain blocks or pre-cut designs; however, you must make sure they meet all rule specifications (see back for details).

Dunamis Drive: Rules & Regulations
Each racer will only be allowed to race one car, cars cannot be run in multiple divisions. All ages are permitted to race. Races will be arranged according to age groups. Races will be judged by speed and style.
Check-in and Weighing will begin at 5:30PM. All cars must be checked in by 5:50PM.
RACING SPECIFICATIONS
Car must pass inspection by the Dunamis Drive inspector(s) in categories of weight, length, width, and other specifics mentioned in these instructions.
Inspectors may send cars to the repair station if there are any questions about meeting these standards. Once the car has been checked in it must be surrendered and no further alterations can be made.
1. Overall length shall not exceed 7”. Width shall not exceed 2 ¾ ".
2. Clearance from bottom should be between 3/8” to 1 ½”
3. Car weight shall not exceed 5 oz.
• Weight may be added to lighter cars by hollowing out cavities and inserting lead or another metal.
• Such additions must be built securely into the car.
4. Wheel bearings, bushings, washers, and springs are prohibited.
5. Starting devices are prohibited. Car must be freewheeling.
6. Only dry lubricants such as graphite or powdered Teflon "white lube" will be allowed for lubricating the wheels. Once the car passes inspection and is impounded, no further lubrication will be allowed.
