Join River St. Joe and the Humane Society of SW MI for a Halloween contest of canine proportions!Watch these pups strut their stuff and duke it out for Best Costume and Best Owner & Dog Costume and meet some foster animals up for adoption! Fun for all ages!
$5 Entry Fee & Donations encouraged. All proceeds go to the Humane Society.
