THE NUMBER 1 FOOD FESTIVAL IN SOUTH IS BACK!!!!

Come enjoy food from over 20 different food vendors from Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas and surrounding States. The Dallas Juneteenth Soul Food Fest will be a mix of foods including pork chops, oxtails, candied yams, greens, fried chicken, fish, barbecue, funnel cake, turkey legs, tacos, vegan & keto optional available. There will be several other small business vendors including clothing, Accessories, jewelry, bath & body, men's wear, health, and so much more.

The Dallas Juneteenth Festival, curated by Clara Igwala-Anumege and presented by Elite Community Outreach, is a vibrant, family-friendly celebration held annually in Downtown Dallas since 2001. This dynamic event honors African American freedom, heritage, and culture through music, food, art, education, and community connection.

More than just a festival, it serves as a powerful platform for economic empowerment—featuring over 500 small business vendors who have used the event to promote their brands and grow their customer base. Attendees of all ages enjoy live entertainment, cultural exhibits, kids' activities, food trucks, and opportunities to support local entrepreneurs.

The festival also uplifts the next generation by awarding scholarships to deserving students and promoting neighborhood engagement. Widely recognized as a beacon of hope and progress, the Dallas Juneteenth Festival continues to inspire, educate, and unite the community each year.

What is the cost for ENTRY?

Entry is FREE with RSVP TICKET Early Bird. But will cost $5-$10 closer to event date

Can I bring pop up tents/canopies, umbrellas, chairs and blankets to sit on the lawn and watch the performances?

Yes we encourage and welcome it. there is a large space for families to bring blankets and tents to enjoy the event

Can we bring chest full of ice and water bottles to keep ourselves hydrated during the event?

Yes, we will have several drink vendors for you to purchase from, but we will allow ice chest and water to be brought into the event for the comfort of our attendees

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, as long as they are on a leash

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You have the Choice of bringing a Printed Ticket, or bring a scannable ticket from your phone and have it ready at the line with Proper, and Up to Date ID.

Will There be vegan food vendors?

Definitely, We have 2 vegan soul food chefs signed up already.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable.

Whats The Best Time to Arrive?

Doors Open at 12pm. Definitely arrive early for less traffic and shorter lines food

What to Expect

There is free parking but using a ride share is an option

There will be seating inside the venue

There are vegan soul food vendors in the front and inside the building.

There are Sweet Tooth Vendors in front and inside the building.

Each vendor will have individually price list and you can patronize the vendor of your choice.

Food rates are $10-$30 per plate.

The 20 winners of the $200 will be announced by 4pm through this same email delivery.

There will be live music and dance performances through out the entire event.
