Our 6th Annual Designer Purse Bingo Fundraiser will be at Johnny T’s on Saturday August 23rd. Doors will open at 4:30pm and games begin at 6pm. Tickets will go on sale on Friday August 1st (details below).
Each ticket includes dinner. 20 games of bingo, a dauber, intermission appetizers, a Jonesville Bakery cookie, water, and tea.
General Admission - GA Tickets are $45/each. You may purchase up to 10 tickets per person. These are available first come, first served. If you purchase a GA ticket you will NOT have a reserved seat. Make sure you come early the day of so that when doors open you can find a spot to accommodate you and your friends.
Reserved table- The cost is $400 for a RESERVED table of 8 ($50/each). Reserved table tickets have to be purchased together and there are a limited number of tables. They are first come first served. You may purchase one table per person. Once we are out, we are out.
What to expect when purchasing tickets-
Tickets will go on sale on Friday August 1st at noon at the CASA office (59 N. Broad St Hillsdale). Tickets are only available in person and we can only accept cash or check.
The two last year we sold out in under 20 minutes and had people lining up at the door pretty early. You are allowed to line up outside the door prior to ticket sales, but no tickets will be sold early and you must wait outside. Once doors open at noon we will have 2 lines form inside the office, one for general admission tickets and one for reserved tables. I will try my best to make updates on fb as tickets sell. Once the tickets are gone, they are gone.
Waitlist- We are offering a waitlist for those of you who wait in line and aren’t able to get tickets. We will have someone taking names for a wait list, in case someone ends up not being able to attend and wants to sell their tickets.
Ticket Resell - Due to the amount of online scammers, I ask that you please contact me if you do need to sell your ticket, and we can go down the waitlist.
What to expect the night of -
The fundraiser will be held at Johnny T’s next door, on Saturday August 23rd. Doors will open at 4:30, dinner will be available upon arrival, and games will start promptly at 6pm. Please remember to bring $1 cash with you to pay at the door (government rule we have to abide by).
As in the years past, raffle baskets will be outside under a tent. It’s a state law that raffle baskets cannot be in the same room as where we play bingo. While you are waiting in line to get into the event, you can check out the baskets and buy raffle tickets while you’re waiting. You will also be able to buy tickets between 4:30 pm and our first intermission.
