Join us for our 6th annual Halloween themed event at TWO Urban Licks on Saturday, October 25th at 9:45 AM. Enjoy a 45 minute outdoor barre3 class followed by 10% off brunch at TWO Urban Licks!

Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.

What To Expect: Expect a 45-minute low-impact full body barre3 workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and mindfulness. Our instructors offer modifications throughout class, so you can move in a way that feels both supportive and challenging for your body. Afterwards, enjoy a complimentary drink + 10% off Brunch at TWO Urban Licks.

Who it’s for: No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level. Whether you’re looking for a fun new way to stay active, cross-train, or ease back into movement after an injury, barre3 is a safe, effective workout for all ages and levels.

What To Wear: Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in.

When to Arrive: 20 minutes early allowing time to park, check in, and grab your spot! Class starts promptly at 9:45 AM. There will be free parking at the restaurant or you can access the patio by foot from The Beltline.

What To Bring: A water bottle, towel, weights (2-6 lbs), a yoga mat and a friend!

Free parking is available in the Two Urban Lick's parking lot out front. You can also access the patio by foot from The Beltline.
