Last year, we gave away 1,200+ fully stuffed bookbags to families in our community.

This year, we’re going EVEN BIGGER.

Our goal: 1,500+ bookbags filled with essential school supplies — completely FREE to local families.

Because when our children start strong, our community wins. 👑

Come support amazing local vendors and enjoy a day filled with community, connection, and resources.

• One passport per family
• 2 vendor stamps required to receive bookbags
• 4 vendor stamps = entry into our Parent Appreciation Raffle
• One bookbag per child

⚠️ Children MUST be present at check-in and must accompany an adult to receive supplies.
⚠️ Wristband required for bag pickup.
⚠️ One raffle entry per family. Must be present to win.

This system ensures our vendors feel supported while serving our families efficiently.

We cannot serve children who are not accompanied by an adult and we will not serve bags to adults without a child present to receive it. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times at the event.

We are proud to highlight incredible small businesses and community partners.

Families are encouraged to visit vendors, learn about their services, and support their businesses.

When we support local, we build stronger communities.

We are currently accepting vendors and sponsors.

Vendors receive:
• Exposure to hundreds of families
• Opportunity to sell products/services
• Social media promotion
• Inclusion in event marketing

Spots are limited and confirmed upon payment. (Fees are non-refundable)

We do not double book vendor categories.

DO NOT make payment until confirmed by Host

Tables, tents, chairs, and equipment must be provided by vendor. Tent is strongly encouraged due to limited shade. Small fee to rent a table and chairs from the host. (See options upon booking)
