Well, they said it wouldn't last. That was back in 1959 so it could still go south. Since they're still together we thought we might as well go ahead and mark the occasion with a little cake and punch. Maybe invite a few friends who'd like to acknowledge the rare achievement. So if you'd like to come by and wish them a happy anniversary, please put it on your calendar. Don't bring a gift, they have everything they could ever need. What they would love to have is some more memories of old memories and the folks that have helped make the last 65 years so full of blessings.
