It is with great honor to announce that we are celebrating our 60th Anniversary. Please join us for this celebration on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at 10:00 am, beginning with a one-worship service led by Bishop Cynthia Fierro Harvey, accompanied by Pastor Robert Waddle. During this very special service, we will be honoring our last remaining founder, Francis Peace, and our longest working staff member Marcy Williams, for 31 years of dedicated service. The United Women in Faith will display a WUMC history timeline, and church memorabilia in the Gathering Place. The service will be followed by a Fellowship Meal: Chicken, rice, sweet potatoes, black eye peas & greens. A separate kid’s meal will be available (hotdogs & chips) RSVP's are mandatory. There will be an online registration and sign up in the Gathering Place or go to our website windcrestumc.org/connection/events. The meal is being provided by Byron Miller.
