Introducing something new for 2026: the 605 Run Crew Track Program.This program is designed to help runners build speed, strength, and confidence through structured track workouts led by the 605 Running Company coaching staff. It’s a great fit for:
-runners training for the Sioux Falls Skedaddle Half Marathon
-runners looking to improve fitness and efficiency
-runners who want community and structure
-anyone ready to take the next step in their training
