6000 SEC: Culture in Motion is Nigeria’s longest-running and most electrifying fitness event, combining 6000 seconds (1 hour 40 minutes) of pure energy — strength, endurance, and cardiovascular workouts — with rich cultural displays, music, and wellness education.

This year’s edition takes a new spin, themed “Culture in Motion”, celebrating not only physical fitness but also Nigeria’s cultural heritage, fashion, music, and rhythm — all in one iconic event.
