Join us for an uplifting, heart-led meet-up designed exclusively for women 60+ who are ready to reconnect with their confidence, purpose, and joy. This isn’t about slowing down, it’s about rediscovering your voice, finding renewed energy, and embracing this next chapter with curiosity and connection.

Led by , Relationship Therapist and Women’s Transformational Coach, this first Empower Her Community 60+ gathering will open a guided conversation around what confidence and fulfilment mean for you now and how to bring more of that into everyday life.

Strengthening Your Inner Foundation

A space to reconnect, strengthen confidence, purpose, and self-trust, and move into the year feeling steady, supported, and energised.

This session focuses on strengthening your inner foundation, with space to reconnect, reflect, and build confidence as you step into the new year.

Together, we’ll explore confidence and purpose in everyday life, and spend time noticing what helps us feel steady, supported, and at ease. The session will also include simple, practical ways to nurture confidence and self-trust as you move forward into the year ahead.

This is a supportive, welcoming space to reconnect with yourself and strengthen a sense of inner steadiness in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

You’ll be welcomed into a warm, supportive space to share stories, reflect, and connect with other women walking a similar path. Expect genuine conversation, laughter, and the start of new friendships that remind you just how much there is still to explore and enjoy.
