Join our therapist, Krista, as she takes you on a journey of relaxation using beautiful Quartz Crystal Singing bowls. Prepare for your meditation by wearing relaxing clothing and bringing along a pillow, blanket, eye mask, and bottle of water. This class with have the option of floating in the Yoga silks. Come dressed in comfortable clothing that is free of sharp objects that could snag or rip our fabric hammocks.
