Yin Yoga focuses on the deepest tissues of our body and their relationship to the bones along with the deep fascia networks of the body. “Unravel Yin Yoga” is a 60 hour 2 weekend Practicum designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners with some yoga experience (all levels). Prior experience in Yin Yoga is not required but an open mind and desire to learn this beautiful modality is.
Unique, esoteric and informative with combined Philosophy, Practice, energetic understanding. Anatomy & Teaching Methodology with additional hours of guided personal Insight. This Practicum is developed to help yoga teachers and Yin Yoga Enthusiasts understand the benefits of Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory: Physically, energetically, spiritually mentally, emotionally and more...
First weekend is unraveling the base and spine of Yin Yoga how to look through the scope of a yin yoga teacher, classic poses, fascia, mindfulness and connecting to the parasympathetic system.
Second weekend is understanding more about the subtle body, 12 meridians, advanced sequencing, additional Yin asana, connective tissues-joints, tendons and ligaments. Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory: Seasons, Elements, lifestyle, emotions, foods, herbs and oils. MORE!
