🍃🍂We're back!!! 🍂🍃
As the new school year begins, we gather once again to reconnect to ourself and our practise of yoga.
Whether you're a regular or someone looking to start up a weekly yoga practise, you'll enjoy the benefits of slowing down and taking 90 minutes for yourself each week during our first Autumn term of 2026.
Aligning ourselves with the Ayurvedic seasons of nature; this term we move from the heat and busyness of summer (Pitta season) through to the start of the cooler Autumn (Vata season). After an initial rest and colling we'll then take some time to focus on the rhythms of life and daily routine - Dinacharya.
All classes will feature, physical awareness and warm up of the body and breath, gentle and accessible postures (asana) with options for all students, breathing practises (pranayama), a short and gentle "flow" sequence - and a relaxation to end class and head home a little more recharged and ready for daily life.
If you haven't already been to class, are intrigued but unsure or nervous, please feel free to drop me a message and I'll answer and hopefully ease any queries you may have.
Looking forward to seeing you in class!
