🙏This 6- week beginners yoga course is for anyone who would love to learn yoga - whether it is to start your own home practice or eventually join a local yoga class.
📅Start Date: 14th January
📅End Date: 18th February
⌚Time: 10am until 11am
🏠Venue: Sarah's Garden Room
🙏Each week we will learn new postures, breathing techniques and meditation. We will also touch on some yoga lifestyle tips just in case you are interested in learning more about yoga philosophy (or just want to dip your toe into it.
