My new 6 week wellbeing course aims to guide you in reclaiming those precious moments to recharge your mind and body.
Join us from 8th October, every Tuesday from 1.45-2.30pm at Bentley Village Hall in Pilgrims Hatch, for a journey to better wellbeing.
You’ll be prompted to set your own wellbeing goals and learn some simple techniques and daily rituals to guide you towards finding calm amidst the storm.
