Explore your creative side in 2025! Explore the endless possibilities of clay in this 6-week pottery course for adults. Unlock your artistic potential in this engaging 6-week pottery course, designed for beginners and enthusiasts alike! This comprehensive class introduces you to the foundational skills of both wheel throwing and handbuilding. You will get the opportunity to make up to 5 pieces.
You will learn techniques for shaping and finishing both thrown and handbuilt creations, ensuring you leave with a well-rounded understanding of pottery.
What’s Included:
- All materials provided (clay, tools, and glazes)
- Access to fully-equipped pottery studio with wheels and necessary tools
- Firing of your creations in the kiln (Your pieces will be ready for collection 2 weeks after the last session.)
- Refreshments (tea, coffee, and biscuits)
With no prior pottery experience necessary, this course will nurture your creativity as you build confidence in your pottery skills. By the end of the six weeks, you will have completed a number of pieces both wheel-thrown and handbuilt.
The course costs €260 including all materials and firing. You can secure your place with a deposit of €100. The balance of €160 will be due at the first class.
