6-Week Foundations of Flow: A Beginner Series with Membership

Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time, seeking a refresher, or are a seasoned practitioner, our fundamental beginner course is the ideal way to slow down and learn the foundations of flow. In this immersive workshop setting, we will unravel the intricacies of a flow class, delve into its rich history and philosophy, and learn some key anatomy of the poses.

Expect to laugh, learn, and build confidence to show up and join any class anywhere anytime.

Class is for ages 18 and up (15-17 with a parent or caregiver). Being able to get up and down off the floor is helpful, however, variations and modifications can be made to make this series accessible to all.

This series includes UNLIMITED ACCESS TO ALL CLASSES and the ENTIRE ON-DEMAND LIBRARY.
