Namaste! Welcome to our Beginner's Yoga course!Are you new to Yoga?
Are you scared of trying fast-moving crowded Yoga classes? or
Do you ever think you are too inflexible, old, or injured to start Yoga?
Our Hatha Yoga beginner's course is designed for you to practice Yoga in a safe and supportive environment. It is for people of all ages and fitness levels. Hatha Yoga is a great way to de-stress and improves health and overall well-being.
In this course, you will learn:
-Basic yoga poses and alignment
-Proper breathing techniques
-How to modify poses according to your need.
-Safety guidelines for practicing yoga
In addition to physical practice, we will also explore the mental and spiritual aspects of Yoga, such as mindfulness and meditation. By the end of the course, you will have a solid foundation in yoga and be able to successfully attend any classes at Yoga Spirit Studios.
This course will be helping you to achieve strength, flexibility, balance, and a peaceful mind.
No prior yoga experience is necessary to participate in this course. All you need is comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, and an open mind.

What to bring?
Please note that all participants should provide their own mats and bring a full water bottle. A thick bath towel would be required to use over the bolsters.

The First Beginners Yoga course includes additional ongoing classes for two weeks.
If this is your first Beginners Yoga course at Yoga Spirit Studios we are delighted to give you a ONE-TIME ONLY OFFER, to run concurrently with your Beginners Yoga course, unlimited ongoing classes for the last two weeks (worth $45), at no extra cost. The two weeks count down from the end of the 4th session. This means that after the 4th class of your Beginner course, you would have up to two weeks to enjoy unlimited classes at the studio before you would need to purchase a class pass or membership.
Repeating the Beginners Yoga course? If you have attended a Beginners Yoga course before, you are welcome to repeat it, only the additional attendance at classes is not included (2 weeks unlimited access). You will be able to make up missed classes in a drop-in class.
Terms & Conditions
-Please come 15 minutes early to your first class
-Please do not attend class if you are unwell.
-Please note: Courses are also not transferable to another person after the course has commenced.
-Attendance is on the same day and time as the starting day for six weeks. If a public holiday occurs in this period, there will be no class on the public holiday and the course will continue the next week.
-If you cannot attend a class, a makeup class will be allowed in any ongoing class at the studio.
-There are no concession rates.
Refund policy:
-Refund in full less 10% if you cancel by 8 days prior to the event. Refunds are only possible within a week of the event if we can fill your spot.
-Refund in full if for some reason we need to cancel the course.
**** A minimum enrolment of 6 people is required to run any course. Share with your friends & family!
