✨ New 6-Week Beginners Yoga Course ✨
Ever thought about trying yoga but felt too stiff, too nervous, or just didn’t know where to start? Well, this course is for you 🙏
Over 6 weeks we’ll cover the foundations: simple postures, breathing, and relaxation, so you feel confident, calm, and ready to continue your yoga journey to feeling much better in yourself
No experience required (although if you do have some, we can build on that)
No pressure to “get it right.” Just space to move, breathe, and discover what yoga can do for you 😊

➡️ £46.50 for the full course (£7.75 per class, as with all my classes)
