- Foundational Postures: Build strength, stability, and mobility through accessible, well-broken-down poses. Flowing Sequences: Experience simple Vinyasa flows, linking movement with breath to create balance and fluidity.
- Alignment & Technique: Understand how to move safely, with individual guidance and hands-on support.
- Relaxation & Mindfulness: Finish each session with deep rest to soothe the nervous system and help you integrate your practice.
Start Date - 01/06/26 (running every Monday for 6 weeks)
Start Time - 5.30 - 6.45pm
