If you are new to yoga, this 6 week series will introduce you to yoga terminology, fundamental poses, power yoga, and safe vinyasa flow technique. Through a carefully designed lesson plan that builds each week, you will feel confident in joining our signature Power Flow class by the end of the 6 weeks. This series is also great for anyone working toward an active lifestyle. These 75 minute sessions on Tuesday nights for 6 weeks will be limited to the same group of students each week to build community and connection. We will provide a safe space for true beginners to grow their practice without intimidation or judgment. Since this is a series, autopay members, drop in passes, and class pack passes may not be applied to these sessions, and they will only be open to those enrolled in the series.
