A five-week postnatal Reformer Pilates course designed to help you reconnect with your body, restore core and pelvic floor strength, and move safely after birth — all while bringing your baby along.

Each week, you’ll be guided through gentle but effective Reformer exercises by our women’s health–trained instructors. With small group classes, you’ll get personalised support and the confidence to return to movement in a safe, supportive environment.
