Embark on a transformative six-month journey through the body’s seven energy centres in this chakra awakening journey. Each month, we’ll dedicate a 2-hour session to exploring, activating, and balancing a specific chakra, culminating in the higher wisdom of the Third Eye and Crown chakras. Through a blend of breathwork, mindful movement, and yoga nidra, you’ll cultivate awareness, release blockages, and harmonise your energy system for greater well-being and spiritual growth.
What is included:
- 6 monthly 2h sessions
- Monthly Workbook to help you dive into each session deeper, with space for reflection and notes
- Recorded balancing meditation for each chakra
- 6 chakra healing ritual gifts
What to Expect in Each Session:
*Guided Breathwork: Techniques tailored to awaken and balance the session’s chakra.
*Mindful Movement: Gentle yoga and somatic practices to embody and energise the chakra.
*Yoga Nidra: Deep relaxation and guided meditation to integrate and harmonise the chakra’s qualities.
*Reflection time: as we go through each session there will be time and prompts to help you reflect on the different aspects we dive into (eg. third eye: how do you see the world? ; throat: do you feel that you have a voice?)

Sept 7th - Root Chakra (Muladhara): Grounding, stability, and security.
Oct 5th - Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): Creativity, flow, and emotional balance.
Nov 2nd - Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Confidence, personal power, and vitality.
Dec 14th - Heart Chakra (Anahata): Compassion, love, and connection.
Jan 11th - Throat Chakra (Vishuddha): Communication, truth, and self-expression.
Feb 8th - Third Eye & Crown Chakras (Ajna & Sahasrara): Intuition, wisdom, and spiritual connection.
