Ok so here’s the scoop for our 1-Week Challenge! 6 Days to a Snack O' Lantern Metabolism Challenge starts on Monday, October 6th!
If you have 3 friends join, then your entry is FREE!
Scare off your cravings and carve out time to snack!
Come in Monday, October 6th to get weighed in, pickup your pack, get registered, then we begin Tuesday!!!
If you have never done a Wellness Evaluation, please schedule a time to do this with us prior to October 6th!
If you are not available to come in, then join our virtual option!
You get:
✅ Energy Pack: 6 Shake Packets + 3 Tea Kits
✅ 6 Basic Combos (Shake, Tea & Aloe) at the club
✅ Daily education on curbing cravings and all about snacks
✅ Free Body Scan + 20-min Wellness Evaluation
✅ Coaching + Meal Plan
✅ Celebration Night October 13th with a prize drawing!
That’s 2 shakes/day for the week, a custom meal plan, and tons of tips on what snacks to eat to prevent grabbing the snacks that don't help you get the best results with your goals!
Key dates:
📅 Weigh-in: Monday, October 6th
📅 Weigh-out: Monday, October 13th (within 1 hour of your initial weigh-in time)
**You will come in anytime 8am-1pm or 6pm-8pm on Monday or schedule a time with your Coach outside of these hours if this for some reason does not work.
There is a virtual option as well if you are not local! Or have a friend out of the Littleton, CO area that wants to join.
🎉 Celebration Party: Monday, October 13th at 5:30 PM where we will have a nutrition class and education to help you get better results with your health, prizes for the top percentage of change in overall change in your body and fun! (Must be present to win!)
