Don't miss the 5th Annual Waggin' in the Woods event at the Elkhart Environmental Center! On September 28th, bring your family and furry pals to the EEC. There will be family and pet-friendly activities, vendors, food trucks and more! This is a FREE event with the donation of any pet supplies or support to Tracking in the Shadows.
Activities:
- Pooch Parade at 2pm: Bring your dog for a fun walk through the Environmental Center. Costumes encouraged, with prizes for categories (these fun categories will be announced closer to the event!)
- Henna Tattoos - Pet themed
- Caricature. On the spot drawings of your beloved furry friends.
- Puppy therapy
- Doggie Massages by Mane and Woof
- Local book writers about pets
- Nail trims and temporary doggie dyes
- Microchipping - $15
- Dozens of pet-friendly vendors including pet portraits, hand-stamped pet tags, baked goods, gifts and more
- Ask A Vet with Dr. Covey
- Dog agility course
- Raffle prizes
- Additional pet rescue organizations
