5th Annual SoulFit Festival

This year’s event has a core focus on ADHD awareness, and other mental health
issues. We will be engaging with our community in a day of fun-filled interactive
presentations that speak to and demonstrate ways to lower stress and anxiety naturally,
using fitness, meditation, dance, music and more.

We will also have a kid’s corner, face
painting and food trucks, along with vendors, who can bring awareness and supply the
proper tools to educate our community on what agencies and services are available to
help them meet their immediate mental and physical healthcare goals in our immediate area.

The goal of this year's SoulFit Festival is to empower the community with tools and knowledge for better Mental Health outcomes, as well as addressing prevalence health issues such as covid-19, diabetes, and heart disease. Through the healing power of African Arts culture including, dance, drumming, Fitness demos, and spoken word, we aim to Foster a stronger healthier community. This is what makes the SoulFit Festival unique.
