Come enjoy this tournament and raise some money for the Marine Toys for Tots Lynchburg.$100 entry fee per team ($50 entry per person, $29.50 prize fund, $9.00 lineage, $1.50 expense fee, $10 to Marine Toys for Tots Lynchburg). Optional Scratch Team Event $15 ($13.50 prize, $1.50 expense fee)
FORMAT: Entrants will bowl 6 scotch games moving one pair to the right after each game. The top 4 teams will advance to a step ladder final.
AVERAGES: Entrants will use their highest USBC certified adult league average based on a minimum 21 games or more for the 2023-2024 season. If no last season average, use the highest certified league average based on 21 games as of December 7, 2024. 10 pin rule is in effect.
HANDICAP: To the actual scores bowled in each series, shall be added a handicap of 90% of the difference between the team’s average and 220.
TEAM CAP: The team cap shall be a combined standard average of 440.
ORDER OF BOWLING: Bowlers will alternate shots. Bowler 1 throws a ball Bowler 2 throws the next ball. This will continue till the end of game 6.
PARTICIPATION: The LAUSBC will be hosting this tournament, but all bowlers are welcome to enter. If you are not a LAUSBC member please bring your sanction card.
BOWLING CONDITIONS: House Shot
RULE REGARDING CONDUCT: Each participant is expected to exhibit good sportsmanship while participating in this tournament. The excessive use of foul language or improper conduct will result in the bowler being issued one (1) warning. Additional violations will result in the immediate disqualification of the bowler from the event.
