BEFORE YOU BUY YOUR TICKETS — READ THIS CAREFULLY

Parking matters. Choose wisely.

Decide before purchasing whether you’ll be driving & parking or getting dropped off.

You may ONLY park or be dropped off at the parking lot listed on your ticket. No exceptions.

Riding with someone else?
Select “General Admission – No Parking Needed.”
(Only ONE parking pass per vehicle is required.)

Groups:

• Purchase one parking ticket per car
• All additional passengers must select “No Parking Needed.”

VIP Parking holders must:

• Purchase General Admission – No Parking Needed
• Add VIP Parking as an add-on

Golf Cart Rentals

• Admission tickets not included. Everyone needs a General Admission ticket to enter.

Handicap parking is not on-site. Only select this if you or someone in your party needs the accessible shuttle.

EVENT DETAILS

• Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Last Entry: 4:00 PM (No entry after)
• Re-Entry: Not allowed
• Weather: Rain or shine

PROHIBITED ITEMS

General Admission guests may bring lawn chairs, but NO:

• Golf carts (carts are available for rent)
• Tents
• Coolers
• Outside food or drinks
• Weapons
• Dogs

Even with VIP Parking these items are still prohibited.

CAR & BIKE PARTICIPANTS — IMPORTANT INFO

By purchasing a vehicle ticket, you agree to the following:

• Load-In: Thursday or Friday (June 11–12), 9 AM – 7 PM - No exceptions
• All vehicles will be searched
• NO weapons
• Car participant ticket includes 1 driver + 1 guest
• No selling unless you’re a registered vendor
• No refunds — including no-shows

VENDORS — PLEASE READ

By purchasing vendor space, you agree to:

• Load-In: Thursday or Friday, 9 AM – 7 PM
  - No exceptions
• All vehicles subject to search
• NO weapons
• Vendor space: up to 20’ x 10’
• Includes entry for up to 5 staff members
  (Additional staff must purchase GA tickets)
• Food vendors must meet Fayette County Health Dept requirements
• Food sales permitted once health permit is approved
• Non-food vendors may sell immediately after load-in
• Insurance included
• Tables, chairs, and tents NOT included
• No liquor, beer, or wine vendors
• Electrical hookups available upon advance request for food vendors only
• No refunds — including no-shows

• You can not bring a golf cart. We have a limited number of carts available for rent.
