Raise a glass and experience one of downtown Ripon's favorite fall traditions! The 5th Annual Rhythm & Brews Craft Beer Celebration returns to Historic Downtown Ripon on Friday, October 9, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Sponsored by Knuth Brewing Company, this popular event combines craft beer, local shopping, and small-town charm as participants sample seasonal brews while exploring downtown businesses.
Your tasting passport includes up to 14 craft beer samples from breweries across Wisconsin and beyond. More than 40 seasonal and specialty beers will be available throughout participating downtown businesses, giving attendees an opportunity to discover new favorites while shopping and exploring Historic Downtown Ripon.
Many participating breweries will feature seasonal and limited-release selections that are only available during the fall, making every stop a unique tasting experience.
Featured breweries have included: Knuth Brewing Company, Fifth Ward Brewing Company, Ahnapee Brewery, Copper State Brewing Co., Door County Brewing Co., Fox River Brewing Co., Hillsboro Brewing Company, Karben4 Brewing, O'so Brewing Company, Potosi Brewing, Untitled Art, Vintage Brewing Co., Young Blood Beer Company,...with additional breweries being added. Participating sampling locations currently include: Adeva, American Alchemy, Back Porch Gatherings, Deja Vu Boutique, Diedrich Jewelers, Fiddler Creek, Gents-Ripon, Hart Mercantile, Ryhan Boutique, Knuth Brewing Company, Patina Vie, and Wisco Coffee Co. Additional locations will be added, so check back for updates.
Rhythm & Brews is more than a craft beer tasting event. It's an evening of shopping, dining, and discovering everything Historic Downtown Ripon has to offer. Downtown shops and restaurants will remain open to participants and visitors of all ages throughout the evening, making Rhythm & Brews a fun night out for everyone - even those not participating in the craft beer sampling.
Tickets are limited and available for $30 in advance exclusively through Eventbrite.
Participants must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid photo ID at check-in. Each attendee must check in and receive their wristband and tasting passport in person. Wristbands cannot be picked up by a friend, family member, or spouse. All participants must wear a wristband during the event.
Wristbands, tasting passports, and commemorative sampling glasses may be picked up beginning at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 9, at the Ripon Main Street office, located at 401 Watson Street.
Rhythm & Brews is a rain-or-shine event, and all ticket sales are final. Proceeds from the event support downtown beautification projects, community festivals, and programs that help keep Historic Downtown Ripon vibrant throughout the year.
Check-In
Participants may check in beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 9, at the Ripon Main Street Office, located at 401 Watson Street.
At check-in, participants will receive:
- A commemorative tasting glass
- An official event wristband
- A beverage passport valid for up to fourteen (14) craft beer samples throughout the evening
Please note:
- Participants must check in in person and present a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Wristbands cannot be picked up by a friend, family member, or spouse.
- No alcohol will be served prior to 5:30 p.m.
Even if you're not participating in the beer tasting, Historic Downtown Ripon's shops, restaurants, and attractions will be open to visitors of all ages throughout the evening. Come experience the excitement, support local businesses, and enjoy one of downtown's favorite fall traditions!
Tips for a Great Experience
- Pick up your wristband and tasting materials early to avoid check-in lines.
- Plan your route in advance so your group can enjoy each stop together.
- Wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather, as you'll be walking between participating businesses.
- If you purchase items while shopping, ask participating businesses if they can hold your purchases until you're finished or arrange for pickup later.
- Enjoy a meal before the event and consider visiting one of downtown's restaurants during the evening. Several participating locations may also offer food for purchase.

- Cross streets only at designated crosswalks.
- Please drink responsibly. Participating businesses reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

What is the refund policy?
Ripon Main Street, Inc. will process refunds and ticket exchanges only through the Eventbrite system. Refund requests must be submitted no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. If you choose to transfer your ticket to another individual who is 21 years of age or older, you are responsible for completing that transfer through Eventbrite or ensuring the recipient meets all event requirements.
Ticket Purchase Warning
For your protection, purchase tickets only through Eventbrite or from someone you personally know. Fraudulent ticket listings frequently appear in event comments and on social media. Ripon Main Street monitors these platforms and removes fraudulent posts whenever possible; however, we cannot guarantee they will be removed before someone attempts a purchase.
