Dear Vendor,

We would like to invite you to participate in our 5th Annual Rally & Ride Out of the Darkness™ in Polk County, Florida. Ride Out of the Darkness™ is an annual motorcycle & vehicle ride and rally for suicide and mental health awareness. Each year we have grown in both numbers of riders and participants. Participants from all around the country fly in or ride in to join us for this event. There is even an event before the event called the Ride Out of the Darkness™ Travel Train where riders from all 48 states meet up and ride together all the way down to Lakeland, FL. The Ride Out of the Darkness™ Travel Train is a nationwide group motorcycle ride designed to bring riders together in support of mental health and suicide awareness. It’s more than just a ride—it’s a movement that connects bikers across the country in a rolling community of support, healing, and purpose. The travel train grows as more riders join along the route, creating a chain of motorcycles riding together toward the final destination—the 5th Annual Ride Out of the Darkness™ Rally. Along the way, we stop at key locations for meetups, mental health awareness events, memorial stops, and rider support gatherings.

At the end of the 5th Annual Ride Out of the Darkness™ on October 4th, we will have a Rally that will consist of raffles, food trucks, resource vendors, merchandise vendors, entertainment, bike/jeep/car/truck shows, and so much more for all ages. We would be honored to have you join us as a vendor or consider providing a service. This event is our biggest fundraiser of the year. All proceeds go to support our local community for mental health and suicide awareness in the form of scholarships and support to help people heal. Our current co-hosts: Lakeland Harley Davidson, local veterans’ groups, including the Infidels Motorcycle Club of all active and retired veterans, and Revolution Church. We are looking for vendors that would be interested in partnering with us in accomplishing our goal.

We’re proud to announce that this year’s event will be held on October 4, 2025, at the Sun ‘n Fun Expo Campus, in Lakeland Florida.

This Rally will be open to the public from 11:00am to 3:00pm at Hanger A on the Sun ‘n Fun Expo Campus located at 4075 James C Ray Dr., Lakeland FL 33811. Last year we had a record-breaking attendance of several thousand people. We are expecting this to be another record-breaking year for our event. We are looking for more vendors with resources for mental health, suicide awareness, veterans 22 a day, addictions, homeless assistance, food assistance, children’s programs, etc. We welcome motorcycle enthusiasts, jewelry, artists, mobile tattoos, bounce house for kids, face painters, all creative booths, craftspeople, as well as gourmet food vendors to join us as exhibitors to sell their merchandise. We welcome all ideas to make this a fun day for the family and to bring awareness to mental health and suicide in our community. This is the best time to have people support small businesses.

Space is limited to 90 booths inside of Hangar A, so please complete the application and ticketing on Eventbrite, and then email and attach a photo of your business or booth display to [email protected] by the deadline, September 19, 2025. Please make sure to tell us what products you will be selling. In lieu of requesting a donation of a raffle basket/item valued at $25.00 like previous years, we had added that amount into the ticket vendor booth price to eliminate you getting a basket. We will use the proceeds to create raffle items for the Love Surrounds You™ Booth. Proceeds from the raffle’s donations will be donated for the cause.

Space is limited to 10 food trucks, after you purchase your ticket, attach a photo of your menu, business license and insurance in an email to [email protected]. Please make sure to tell us what food items you will be selling. We do our best to prevent duplication of products or services being sold. This year in addition to the $50.00 deposit we are requesting that you donate 10% of your proceeds for the day back to the event for the cause.

Final instructions for set-up will be emailed after your confirmation is complete.

This is an excellent marketing opportunity for your company. We will be advertising and providing shoutouts on social media and radio stations for our vendors and sponsors. We also welcome you to create a video about your business and why suicide and mental health awareness is important to you. Let us share your business!
