5th Annual Latina Conference "We are Cultura"

This year’s MANA de North County Latina Conference theme, We Are Cultura, is a powerful celebration of who we are, our stories, our resilience, and the rich diversity that defines us as Latinas. It honors both the unique journeys and shared experiences that unite us, reminding us that our strength is rooted in community.

When Latinas lead, speak, and support one another, we don’t just influence communities, we transform them. We shape a future grounded in equity, leadership, and possibility for generations to come.

Our Hermanitas Program fosters academic excellence, leadership skills, and career aspirations among Hispanic adolescent girls through partnerships with families, schools, and the community. Beyond Hermanitas, we provide leadership opportunities, networking, and professional advancement for Latinas in North County.
