SAVE THE DATE!!! We are pleased to announce that we are hosting our Fifth Annual Kite Festival in partnership with The Town of Babylon and Suffolk County.
The North Babylon Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a family fun festival entitled “Go Fly a Kite Over Babylon”. The festival is planned for Saturday, April 26, 2025 from the hours of 10am-5pm (rain date, Sunday, April 27, 2025), at Overlook Beach in Babylon, NY. This free family fun event is the fifth annual and will be an open-air occasion. Again, we will have a professional kite flyer, candy drop, free fly, bubble maker, food vendors, non-profit organizations, merchandise vendors and music and dance entertainment and other entertainment.
In the span of four years, this festival has grown to be the largest regional kite festival on Long Island. Last year it was estimated that this event attracted between 14, 000 – 16,000 people.
