As we prepare for our annual Juneteenth Freedom Ride, we're excited to introduce one of our featured destinations, Sista's of Montford, a Black-owned soul food restaurant that represents the spirit, resilience, and excellence of our community.Juneteenth is more than a celebration—it's a reminder of the sacrifices made for the freedoms we enjoy today. One of the most powerful ways we can honor that legacy is by intentionally investing in Black-owned businesses that continue to create jobs, preserve culture, and strengthen our communities.Every dollar spent is a vote for the future we want to see. When we support Black-owned restaurants like Sista's of Montford, we're helping entrepreneurs thrive, keeping cultural traditions alive, and ensuring that future generations have opportunities to build wealth and success. So when we roll into Asheville, let's do more than just show up. Let's fill the parking lot, fill the dining room, and show what unity looks like.
