The spirit of the season comes alive at the Newtown Theatre
with Illumination: A Classical Christmas, a dazzling evening of holiday music performed by the Newtown Chamber Orchestra.
Audiences will experience the timeless beauty and warmth of Christmas through the glow of live orchestral sound.
Under the direction of Russell Hoffmann, the program will feature beloved seasonal classics and luminous works by Mozart, Holst as well as clever traditional carol arrangements.
“We wanted to create a concert that captures both the grandeur and intimacy of the holiday
season,” says Hoffmann. “It’s a celebration of light, community, and the joy of making music
together.”
