5th Annual Honor A Woman

The 5th Annual Honor a Woman event, hosted by the Zonta Club of Marquette Area, is an evening dedicated to celebrating and uplifting women who make a meaningful impact in our community. Taking place on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 5:30 PM at the Northern Center at Northern Michigan University, the event brings together community members, advocates, and leaders to recognize the power of service, leadership, and compassion.

This year’s program will be emceed by Elizabeth Peterson and Jennifer Perez and will feature Stephanie Graef of the U.P. Human Trafficking Task Force as the keynote speaker, highlighting critical issues affecting women and girls in the Upper Peninsula. Proceeds from the event support Zonta’s mission to empower women and girls through service, advocacy, and education locally and worldwide.
