Join us for a one-of-a-kind farm-to-table evening as we blend the vibrant flavors of Italy with the bounty of Northeast Wyoming.

Enjoy a locally inspired Italian dinner featuring ingredients grown right here in our community, served in the gardens where we grow food for our neighbors. Come early to enjoy a cocktail, take in the beautiful surroundings, and wander through the gardens and high tunnels to see where the food on your plate begins.

Proceeds from ticket sales and the silent auction support Edible Prairie Project's food access programs, helping us provide fresh produce to local families, stock Little Free Pantries, distribute Garden Kits, and build the capacity of our new nonprofit farm to grow and distribute even more local food.
