5th Annual Food Safety Conference 2026

Join us for our 5th annual food safety conference where you will be able to hear from experts, network, and participate in hand-on training.

Are you responsible for food safety or interested in the most recent food safety developments? If so, you are invited to Utah's 5th Annual Food Safety Conference,April 1-2, 2026 at Thanksgiving Point! This conference is put on by the Utah Food Safety Task Force.

• Food Safety Operations
• Grease Traps vs . Grease Interceptors
• Raw Milk
• Shellfish

Our keynote speaker will be Patrick Guzzle from the National Resturant Association.

This conference is for academia, farmers, industry, manufacturers, producers, public health, regulators, retailers, and anyone else who is interested in food safety.

This conference will be in-person only. You do not have to be from Utah to attend.
