5th Annual Disaster Dash 5K

The 5th Annual Disaster Dash Run/Walk 5k will be Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024 at Murray Park in Little Rock. This is a family-friendly event suitable for all ages & fitness levels. Wheelchair registration is available at sign-up.

Sign up by Aug. 31st to reserve your t-shirt. Online registration is available at https://www.disasterdash.com.

Want to be a VIRTUAL participant? Finish the 3.1 mile course in your own space, at your own pace, and receive a t-shirt & finishers medal!

Disaster Dash events are family-friendly and open to all fitness levels, and raise funds to benefit the Jannette Jaco Memorial Endowment 501(c)3 non-profit for disaster relief. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the generous local sponsors & participants who support our outreach.
