WEATHER WARNING! The rodeo will take place rain or shine. In the chance of severe weather like prolonged lightening or hurricane, the event will be the moved to the same time on the next day Sunday, August 31st. No ticket or vendor refunds are given if it rains.

Belmont Farm Distillery + Rodeo VIP Experience Ticket.

Saddle up for the ultimate day of fun, flavor, and VIP treatment! With the Belmont Distillery/Rodeo Shuttle VIP Ticket, you’ll kick off your experience between 11AM and 5PM at the scenic Belmont Farm Distillery, where live music, a mechanical bull, local food trucks, and handcrafted beverages set the tone for a perfect day.

Your Belmont Distillery/Rodeo Shuttle VIP Ticket includes:

• One complimentary 7oz beer or bourbon shot to get the good times rolling
• Free parking at Belmont Distillery for the entire event
• Shuttle service to and from the rodeo 2PM-9PM—no driving, no hassle VIP admission to the rodeo, including:
• A reserved VIP chair in the front row VIP section
• A catered dinner in the VIP section with premium seating views

🎟 TICKETS (Online Presale Only):

• Adults: $20
• Kids (Ages 5–12): $10
• Children 5 & under: FREE – No need to reserve a ticket for them online.

⚠️ Gate tickets will only be available if space remains after presale ends.

• General Admission (Lawn Seating): Bring your own lawn chair or blanket.
• VIP Seating: Front-row access, lawn chairs provided, and catered dinner included. (VIP parking not included.)
• Tailgate Seating: Trucks only. Must be parked between 1:30 PM–2:00 PM to participate.

NO ENTRY FROM THE HIGHWAY AFTER 7PM. PARENTS PICKING UP KIDS FROM RODEO CANNOT ENTER FROM HIGHWAY UNTIL AFTER 9PM.

• Come to have a good time!
• No alcohol, marijuana, or coolers allowed.
• No canopies or tents (except for vendors).
• All ticket purchases are considered donations to the Kelly Street Boxing Club and are non-refundable.
• Come early — food and fun start right when gates open!

• 18+ food vendors will be onsite to satisfy your cravings.
• Live music all afternoon and evening!
• Country Line Dancing in the rodeo arena – bring your boots!
• Mutton Bust’n for kids – first 15 participants chosen by lottery at 5:30 PM.
• Mechanical bulls & bounce house for added thrills!
• Family-friendly livestock interactions starting at 2 PM.

7:00 PM- 8:30 PM Bluegrass Gospel & BBQ at the Culpeper Rodeo Ft. Hurt Hallow Band.

Saturday, August 29th

• 9:00 AM–1:45 PM – Vendor setup
• 2:00 PM–2:30 PM – Tailgate ticket holder entry
• 2:00 PM – General parking and ticket gates open
• 2:00 PM – Vendors, livestock, bounce house, mechanical bull open
• 2:00 PM- 2:30PM SLACK Races - Barrell Racing
• 3:30 PM- 4:15 PM LIVE MUSIC BY DARCY DAWN
• 4:30 PM – Country Line dancing in the arena
• 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM Lottery sign-up for Mutton Busting Kids 50 lbs and under
• 5:00 PM- 5:30 PM Cowboy autographs
• 5:00 PM – 5:50 PM LIVE MUSIC BY DARCY DAWN
• 6:00 PM – Professional rodeo begins
• 7:00 PM 50/50 drawling for Reva Fire department
• 8:00 PM – Rodeo ends
