A six course Beer Dinner prepared by local chefs and paired with Ore Dock beer.

100% of profits will go towards the ACF student initiative. This fund allows students within the culianry program at NMU a free membership to the American Culinary Federation which helps enhance their skills, and build their personal and professional connections within our community.
