This event is the largest and only one of its kind—a collaborative,floral community-driven networking event in North America. Last year, with over 60 floral companies and 400 floral professionals in attendance, we witnessed the incredible power of people coming together to celebrate and show the power of networking, collaboration and building community within the floral industry. Becoming a collaborator you are taking an opportunity for your team and company to shine, network, and showcase your commitment to growing the floral industry, side by side.

Now, it’s time to secure your participation by making your contribution to The Bloom Together event by Feb 10th, 2024.

The event will be held at the Doral Yard, just 5 minutes from The Trump Hotel. It’s a lively, vibrant venue that will be the perfect backdrop for a day of connection and celebration.

Your sponsorship means the world to us and will help demonstrate the value of networking, collaboration, and building a strong floral community. As a not-for-profit event, all funds go directly toward covering event expenses, and any leftover contributions are donated to two wonderful organizations—Seed Your Future and the American Floral Endowment. In just four years, the Bloom Together has raised over $10,000 for various floral industry nonprofits thanks to the amazing support of 60+ collaborating companies.

Contribution Required: $200 minimum

Benefits:

1. Show Your Support: For the building floral community.

2. Branding:You brand across all marketing materials ( Social Media, Direct Email, Prinited Materials and more—before, during, and after the event, including press releases and blog.

3. Showcase Your Flowers: Contribute florals, installations, or activities (Upon request and selections by TBE team) (NEW)

4. Drink Tickets: Receive five free drink tickets (For the first 5 employees to register)

5. Early Entery: Early entery at 6:30am for sponsors only

How to Contribute:

To join us as a collaborator, select 1 ticket and make your $200 minimum contribution (listed as a "donation" on Eventbrite). Once order is completed, we’ll send you an email with further details to make this collaboration as seamless as possible. The order must be completed by Feb 10th, 2025

A Special Note:

While the Bloom Together Initiative isn’t a nonprofit, we operate as a not-for-profit event, meaning all profits after expenses will be donated to Seed Your Future and the American Floral Endowment.

We kindly ask that your team and guests register by February 3rd. After this date, there will be a $10 fee for additional employees beyond the first five for free. We’d love for you to invite as many people as possible, but please know that once we reach 375 attendees, we won’t be able to issue any more tickets of any kind or allow entery due to capacity limits-no exceptions.

Disclaimer: A small service fee will be applied to ensure we can maximize donations to the wonderful causes we support. Each attendee must be registered with their unique email address. Registrations with duplicate emails will be deleted.
