This special luncheon continues that legacy by recognizing distinguished leaders whose careers and service reflect NOBLE’s commitment to Justice by Action.

We are honored to welcome Dr. Tracie Keesee, Retired Deputy Commissioner of the New York Police Department, as our keynote speaker.
Dr. Keesee is a nationally recognized leader whose work has advanced conversations around leadership, public safety, equity, and stronger relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve.
